Is Your Conversion Tracking at 100%?

Most Meta advertisers run on the Meta pixel alone, so iOS, Safari, and ad blockers eat conversions before Meta ever sees them. Take three minutes to get your tracking score out of 100 and see exactly what’s slipping through.

The problem

Your dashboard is lying to you, and it’s not its fault.

Meta Ads Manager shows you a clean cost per lead. It looks fine, so you keep scaling. What it can’t show you is how many of those conversions Meta saw, how well it matched them to real people, and whether they ever became customers.

Pixel-only is leaking.

Browser tracking loses conversions to iOS, Safari, and ad blockers before Meta counts them.

Meta optimizes on partial data.

Fewer clean signals means worse audience matching and higher real costs.

Reported CPL beats reality.

The number on screen is not your true cost per quality lead.

You can’t fix what you can’t see. And you can’t see this from the dashboard.

The hidden cost

What the gap actually costs you.

Say you spend $5,000 a month and get 100 leads. Your cost per lead is about $50. Now say 20 to 40 percent of those leads never make it back to Meta as clean signal, which is typical for a pixel-only setup.

That is 20 to 40 leads the algorithm never sees. At $50 each, that is $1,000 to $2,000 of spend Meta can’t learn from. Every month.

These aren’t inflated numbers. They’re your own spend, run against a conservative, widely-reported signal-loss range. Your score shows where you actually stand.

running paid acquisition

Who built this

Built by someone who runs this every day.

I’m Keith Guirao, founder of Maven Media. I’ve been running paid acquisition since 2008 and built Maven Media in 2013 to do one thing well: generate leads in the hardest, most compliance-heavy verticals on Meta, where most agencies wash out.

Insurance. Loans and personal finance. Mortgage. Home services. The verticals where one tracking mistake costs real money and one compliance mistake costs the whole account. I come from a development background (B.S. in IT and Web Applications, NJIT), so the server-side and CAPI side of this isn’t theory to me. It’s what I build.

I validate conversion tracking across Meta, Google, and Bing every single day. Meta is where I spend 90% of my time, and it’s where the stakes are highest.

The blind spot
The blind spot

You can have a great media buyer. The question is whether your data agrees.

Buying media and measuring it are two different jobs. A strong buyer can write great creative, structure campaigns well, and still feed Meta incomplete data. If the conversions that matter never make it back to the platform, even a great buyer is optimizing toward the wrong signal.

Is your media buyer attributing your results back to the source, server-side, deduplicated, and matched to real people? Attribution is the step almost everyone skips, and it decides whether your budget compounds or leaks.

Your score checks the part your media buyer probably isn’t.

How it works

A real number, not a vibe.

Your Tracking 100 score grades your setup across the six things that actually determine whether Meta can find your buyers. You get one number out of 100, a tier, and a plain-English read on the biggest gaps.

Since 2021, I’ve rebuilt, tested, and confirmed complete client-side and server-side tracking for 89 lead and registration flows, deduplicated across platforms. 48 in 2025 and 22 in 2026 alone. The 2026 mix: 14 Meta, 6 Google, 2 Bing. This is what I do, every day.

Why this matters

The whole industry is flying on partial data.

This isn’t a you problem. Privacy changes and browser restrictions broke pixel-based tracking for everyone. The advertisers winning now are the ones who rebuilt their measurement.

13%

lower cost per result when advertisers run the Conversions API alongside the Meta Pixel, versus the Pixel alone.[1]

44%

of U.S. iOS users opt in to app tracking (2024). The rest stay invisible to app-based measurement.[2]

54%

of marketers are confident in their full-funnel media measurement.[3]

52%

of senior marketing leaders can prove marketing’s value and get credit for it. Nearly half cannot.[4]

The moat

If you advertise insurance, loans, or financial services, this matters more.

Under Meta’s Special Ad Category, you can’t target by age, gender, or ZIP. That strips away the levers most advertisers lean on, which makes your tracking and your creative the only real performance levers you have left.

It also raises the stakes on getting the data right. In regulated verticals, a sloppy setup isn’t just bad data. Sending customer information to Meta the wrong way is a compliance problem, and one violation can take down an account, not just a campaign.

Most agencies have never operated inside these constraints. The score checks for it specifically.

Keith at Maven Media is a true expert in lead generation and Meta Ads. He took the time to understand my goals, built a structured system for our real estate campaigns, and optimized them specifically to capture high-quality international leads. What I appreciated most was how turnkey he made the process, from strategy and ad setup to constant monitoring, A/B testing, and detailed monthly reports. He didn’t just run ads; he actively refined the campaigns to lower cost per lead and increase conversions. If you’re looking for someone who understands performance marketing, delivers measurable results, and treats your budget like his own, Keith is the one. Highly recommend.

Before working with Maven Media, our Meta campaigns felt scattered and unpredictable. They simplified our setup, rebuilt our structure, refined our creative, and our leads instantly became more consistent. Our CPL dropped, our lead quality improved, and for the first time we actually understood how to run Meta ads the right way. Their communication was clear, their strategy was sharp, and the results came quickly. If you want Meta ads that convert and a team that explains the process in a way that actually makes sense, Maven Media is the right choice.

I first heard about Maven Media through a partner we were both connected to in the lead gen world. Even from a distance, I could tell their Meta campaigns were hitting way harder than what most agencies were doing. The results were solid, the targeting made sense, and the creative actually converted. When I finally got the chance to work with them more directly, everything checked out. Their Meta work is seriously next level, and the Google campaigns they run on top of it make the whole system feel predictable instead of random. They understand how to warm up an audience, qualify traffic, and build funnels that don’t fall apart after a few days. What stood out most is that they are easy to talk to. They walk you through the data, explain what they are testing, and genuinely care about long term performance. If you’re in lead gen and want a team that really gets Meta and knows how to scale without burning your budget, Maven Media is a solid choice.

Working with Maven Media completely transformed our lead generation game. Their team didn’t just send us random leads, they delivered qualified prospects who actually converted. The process was clear, communication was on point, and they consistently optimized our campaigns for better ROI. If you’re serious about scaling your business with real, measurable results, Maven Media is the team you want behind your marketing.

Maven Media delivered above and beyond what I expected. Their team is incredibly responsive, creative, and strategic. From the very first conversation, they took the time to understand exactly what I needed and came back with solutions that made everything clearer and easier on my end. The execution was fast, the communication was flawless, and the results spoke for themselves. It’s rare to find a media team that blends professionalism with genuine care, but Maven Media does it effortlessly. Highly recommended for anyone who wants their brand, message, or campaign handled with real expertise.

We brought Maven Media in after struggling to get any real traction on Meta. Within a short time, they turned things around for us. The ads they built brought in homeowners who were actually ready to book, not just people clicking around. Our pipeline became steady, and the leads were noticeably stronger. Once Meta was performing well, they introduced Google campaigns to support the growth. That combination has been a game changer for us. We get consistent leads from two channels now, and our booking rate is the best it has been in years. The team is easy to talk to and always walks us through the data so we understand what is happening. For any home services business looking for high quality leads and predictable results, Maven Media is the partner you want.

I had a great experience working with Keith for Meta lead generation. Everything was simple, clear, and focused on getting real results. They didn’t just set up basic ads, they created a full, working system that actually brought real leads, not just clicks. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants solid results without overcomplicating things.

Most advertisers are quietly losing 20 to 40 percent of their conversions and never know it. I built Tracking 100 so you can see your real number in three minutes, free, then decide what it’s worth fixing.

The diagnostic

Already know your tracking is leaking? Skip the guesswork.

The score tells you roughly where you stand. The Tracking 100 Diagnostic tells you exactly. It’s a 60-minute live session on your account, where I pull your real numbers and hand you a ranked plan to fix them.

We go deep on Meta, scan where your Google and Bing tracking stands, and map how all three should dedupe so you stop double-counting across platforms.

Everything included

The Tracking 100 Diagnostic

  • Cross-platform tracking + dedup map (Meta, Google & Bing, server + client)Multi-platform

See exactly where Meta, Google, and Bing double-count each other so you stop paying twice for the same conversion.

    $1,250
  • Full pixel & event audit (mapping, dedup, advanced matching, EMQ)

We confirm every event fires once, correctly, with strong advanced matching and a healthy EMQ against the 7.0 you need to scale, then validate it live in Meta’s Test Events so the fixes actually register.

    $1,750
  • Server-side (CAPI) + CRM conversion audit

Pixel-only setups leak to iOS and ad blockers. We find what server-side is missing and check that your real downstream wins (funded, booked, or closed customers from your CRM) get back to Meta.

    $1,500
  • Signal quality & attribution review

We make sure Meta is optimizing on real revenue, not junk, and map where your numbers break between ad click and CRM so the figures you trust actually hold up.

    $1,250
  • SAC compliance & account-risk check (PII handling, category, ban-risk)

A bird’s-eye read on whether your setup and creatives risk triggering Special Ad Category or an account ban, before Meta flags it.

Is this just a sales call in disguise?+

No. After the call you get a written Tracking Health Report and a ranked remediation plan, built on your real numbers, whether or not we ever work together. The $2,500 buys real diagnostic work on your account. If we end up a fit for management, it’s credited in full. If not, the report is still yours.

I already have an agency. Why would I need this?+

Because the score is objective. Your Event Match Quality is what it is regardless of who manages your account. Plenty of managed accounts are still running on the raw Lead event with no server-side coverage, because it dashboards well. The diagnostic shows you what you’re actually getting for what you’re paying.

Is this only for Meta?+

The score and diagnostic lead with Meta, because that’s where most advertisers leak the most and where the constraints are tightest. The full engagement covers Google and Bing too, server-side and client-side, with proper cross-platform deduplication. Most setups botch exactly that.

What if my score is high?+

Then you’re in rare company, and the conversation changes to protecting that signal quality as you scale, which is its own challenge. The strategy call exists for exactly that.

Do you need access to my ad account for the score?+

No. The score is 12 questions and requires zero access. Access only comes into play during the paid diagnostic, where we pull your real numbers together, live.

I’m not technical. Will I follow any of this?+

Yes. The score and the report are written in plain language and dollars, not jargon. The technical depth is mine to carry, not yours.

Why is the diagnostic paid?+

Because it’s real work, and a price filters for people who are serious about fixing this. The credit toward management removes the risk: if we work together, it costs you nothing.

Find out what your tracking is really worth.

Three minutes. One number. Zero account access. See where you stand, then decide what to do about it.
