Maven Media LLC operates Tracking 100. This page explains, in plain terms, what we collect, how we use cookies and ad-measurement tools, and how we advertise to people who have visited this site. We sell tracking compliance, so we hold ourselves to it.

What we collect

  • Your email address, which you enter to receive your score and results.
  • Your quiz answers (ad spend band, vertical, who manages your ads, and your tracking setup responses), used to calculate your score and personalize your results.
  • Usage and event data, such as pages viewed, quiz steps completed, clicks, and whether you booked, so we can measure and improve the funnel.
  • Device and technical data, such as your IP address, browser, device type, and referring source (including whether you arrived from Google, Meta, or an organic or direct visit).
  • Cookies and ad-measurement identifiers (for example Meta’s _fbp / _fbc and Google’s _ga / gclid), only if you accept cookies on the banner.

Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies for two purposes: to make the site work, and, if you consent, to measure our advertising. Ad-measurement tools include the Meta Pixel and Conversions API (CAPI) and Google’s advertising and analytics tags. These run both in your browser (client-side) and on our server (server-side). Server-side measurement lets us report conversions even when a browser blocks cookies, but we only enable it after you accept cookies, and any personal data we send is hashed first (see below).

Advertising and remarketing

If you accept cookies, we use the event and cookie data described above to measure our ads and to show you relevant ads later on Meta, Google, and similar platforms (this is often called remarketing or retargeting). That means after visiting this site you may see our ads elsewhere. We do this to reach people who have already shown interest, and to build audiences for our advertising. Before any email or phone data is shared with an ad platform for this purpose, it is SHA-256 hashed on our server, so the platform never receives your raw personal information from us.

Why we collect it

To deliver your results, to follow up about the diagnostic if relevant, and to measure and improve the performance of our advertising. We do not sell your personal information for money.

Who processes your data

  • Beehiiv, our email service provider, which stores your email and sends your results and any follow-ups.
  • Meta, for ad measurement and remarketing (Pixel and Conversions API). We only send Meta ad-measurement events if you accept cookies, and any email or phone data sent to Meta is SHA-256 hashed first. We never send raw personal information.
  • Google, for analytics and ad measurement and remarketing (Google Ads and Analytics tags), on the same consent and hashing basis.
  • Cal.com and Stripe, if you book and pay for the diagnostic, process the scheduling and payment.

How long we keep it

We keep your email and quiz data for as long as needed to deliver results, follow up, and keep our records, and until you ask us to delete it. Ad-measurement identifiers expire on the schedule set by the relevant platform and your browser.

Your choices and rights

You can decline cookies on the banner. If you do, no browser pixel loads, no server-side ad-measurement events fire, and we do not add you to remarketing audiences. You can unsubscribe from emails at any time using the link in any message. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your data, and to opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information for targeted advertising. To exercise any of these, email us using the button below and we will honor valid requests.

Do Not Track and children

Because there is no common standard, we do not respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals; use the cookie banner to control tracking instead. This site is a business service and is not directed to children under 18.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version.
