These terms are a plain-language baseline. They govern your use of Tracking 100, operated by Maven Media LLC (“we,” “us,” “Maven Media”). By using this site, taking the free score, or booking the diagnostic, you agree to them.
1. What we offer
Tracking 100 provides a free conversion-tracking score based on a short questionnaire, and a paid diagnostic engagement (the “Diagnostic”) that includes a live review of your ad account and a written report. The free score is an educational estimate generated from the answers you provide. It is not a measurement of your live account and it requires no account access.
2. Informational, not professional advice
Your score, your results page, and any report are provided for informational purposes. They are not financial, legal, investment, or tax advice, and they are not a guarantee of any particular advertising, business, or revenue outcome. Any dollar figures shown on your results are estimates based on the inputs you select, not measured results from your account. You are responsible for the decisions you make about your advertising.
3. Results and performance claims
Any performance figures on this site (for example, typical or best-case improvements in cost per result) are illustrative and reflect specific accounts under specific conditions. Results vary by account, budget, offer, and starting point. Past performance does not guarantee future results.
4. The performance guarantee
The Diagnostic is backed by a conditional, time-limited money-back guarantee. It applies only when the eligibility conditions are met in full. Those conditions, the measurement method, and the claim process are set out on the guarantee page and are incorporated into these terms by reference.
5. Payment
The Diagnostic is a paid engagement. Payment is processed by our third-party scheduling and payment providers when you book. Fees, any credit toward ongoing management, and any refund are governed by the offer terms presented at booking and by the guarantee page. Except as provided by the guarantee, fees are non-refundable.
6. Your report and intellectual property
All content on this site, including the scoring method, copy, and design, belongs to Maven Media LLC. The written report we deliver for a paid Diagnostic is yours to keep and to share with your own developers or agency. You may not resell, republish, or redistribute our site content or scoring method as your own.
7. Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site: no scraping or automated data collection, no attempts to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, no unlawful use, and no submitting information that is not yours to submit.
8. Third-party services
The site relies on third-party providers for email, scheduling, payment, analytics, and ad measurement. Your use of those services through us is also subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites we link to.
9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The site and the free score are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maven Media LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or the free score. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and this section does not affect your rights under the guarantee.
10. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The “last updated” date above reflects the current version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the state in which Maven Media LLC is established, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
